Rates and Payment

We aim to provide high-quality services. For specific questions about fees, please contact us.

Mediation fees:

• Rate: $250 per party per hour. 

• Deposit: A minimum deposit of one hour per party is due upon signing the Agreement to Mediate. 

• Market Adjustment: Mediations in Los Angeles and New York City may incur adjusted rates.

In-Person Mediations:

• Travel time beyond 30 miles from Denver is billed at $250 per hour. 

• Expenses, including meals and lodging, are billed at the Federal per diem rate and split equally among the parties, unless otherwise agreed in advance.

Cancellation Policy

• 10+ days’ notice: No fee.

• Within 10 days: One hour cancellations fee per party at the rate of $250 per party per hour.

• Within 24 hours or no-show: 4-hour fee per party. 

  • Note: If one party fails to appear without notice, that party is responsible for the other party’s fee.

Facilitation Services 

• Fees are customized based on the dispute’s complexity and scope of services. Contact us to discuss a quote.

Training Services 

• Rates are negotiated individually and depend on: 

  • Complexity of topic 

  • Number of participants 

  • Materials required

  • Additional logistical factors.
