Rates and Payment

Mediation fees:
Rate: $200 per party per hour.
Deposit: A minimum deposit of one hour per party is due upon signing the Agreement to Mediate.
Market Adjustment: Mediations in Los Angeles and New York City may incur adjusted rates.
In-Person Mediations:
Travel time beyond one hour is billed at $200 per hour.
Actual expenses, including meals and lodging, are billed and split equally among the parties, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
Cancellation Policy
10+ days’ notice: No fee.
Within 10 days: One hour cancellation fee per party at the rate of $200 per party per hour.
Within 24 hours or no-show: 4-hour fee per party.
Note: If one party fails to appear without notice, that party is responsible for the other party’s fee.
Facilitation Services
Rate: $250 per hour.
